Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Standard shipping rates range from $5.99–$7.99. Express shipping is available for $15.00.

If you have not received your order within 21 days from the date of purchase, please email us at info@scentsbyrob.com and we will look up your tracking information and, if needed, issue a refund (less shipping costs).
